I cant believe i burnt my pancakes! Haha i was actually on myspace..doing a bulliten and i could just smell them burning so bad. I am so sad :( anyone want to teach me some day? Haha does anyone else hate burning pancakes??

haha...ok I just ran across this blog in my boredom, but if you're going to be talking about pancakes, then I will definitely read this more often haha. I would give one of my kidneys for a pancake right now...i mean peruvian food tastes good, but I can already feel the parasites squirming around inside me, ugh
The secret to great pancakes is put the heat on Medium like 5 or six and let the pan warm up for a few minutes before you put the batter in, once the batter is in flip them once you see a whole bunch of bubbles or air holes. Do that my friend and you will have great pancakes. Cut up some bananas and mix it in the batter and you will have perfect pancakes! Anyway I thought I would comment on your blog cuz no one else is. I like it!
